As mentioned in an earlier post, I was given a Pheasant Migrator plush toy to play with.  This is it -right in the packaging…

Well, the migrator pheasant toy is on its way to retirement.  While it had a very interesting sound, I quickly resolved that problem by digging in under the wing to remove stuffing and the squeak mechanism.

The toy squeaks no more – and where is the fun in that?  Two days of destructive fun is just not enough for a toy of this price level.  If your dog is like me, save your money and go for a Kong brand toy which I will rate in a later post.

Remote controls for the TV provide much more substantial action for the jaw.  Please keep in mind that chewing the remote WILL get you in BIG trouble.  Remote chewing is not recommended.

Dad bought me three new toys to test today: a red Milk-Bone brand fleece/rope rabbit,  a generic pig ball, and a Migrator Pheasant.  Stay tuned to see how these toys stack up.
